<p>Masterbatch
<p>Production equipment includes intensive mixing machines plus a number of twin screw extruders. The main product is currently a range of Black Masterbatch products designed to cover most black thermoplastic colouring requirements. Masterbatch is one of the main product lines for the company and is expanding rapidly both it's UK home and export sales.
<p>Pigment Dispersions
<p>Range of standard liquid dispersions offered to the Paint, Ink and allied industries. Single pigment and colour matched concentrates also produced to specific customer requirement.
Product range includes:
<p>Water based , surfactant and soluble acrylic based systems<br>
Water based black and colour dispersions for the paper and latex industry<br>
Water based dispersions , Fence and Shed colours
<p>Polyols
<p>Resin plant with 3000 ton per capacity used for the manucature of Polyols for use in PU Spray Foam formulations. The plant also incorporates a tank farm consisting of five storage tanks with capacities from 20 to 50 tons each.
<p>Acrylic Chip
<p>High concentrates of opacifiers in acrylic resin such as Blanc Fix, mainly used for sheet applications.
Single pigment super concentrates based on alternative carrier systems for use in Thermoplastic colouring and Ink manufacture.
